Shipping services

If your order arrives before 12:00 in each weekday excluding public holidays, and the items included in your order are in stock, your order will be shipped the same day. Orders arriving after 12:00 will be shipped the next day.

All consignments are carefully and robustly packed in order to minimise any risk of damage during transit and large shipments are often palletised and lm-wrapped.

Express shipping

Wherever you're located you can rely on us to provide rapid delivery through our carefully selected Express shipping partners.

Please note

1. Deliveries can occasionally be delayed by severe weather conditions.

2. In the event of any delivery failure our liability is limited to reimbursement of the delivery charge only.

3. All prices shown are in EUR, excluding VAT and surcharges and are based on the base rate for up to 31kg. Pricing and delivery times are for guidance only. Errors and omissions excepted. Timed services are only available to limited destinations.
